pp.find_tissues	Find tissue regions in the WSI and add them as contours and holes.
pp.score_tissues	Score tissue regions in the WSI for QC
pp.tile_tissues	Generate tiles within the tissue contours in the WSI.
pp.score_tiles	Score the tiles and filter the tiles based on their quality scores.
pp.tile_graph	Compute the spatial graph of the tiles.
